These terms explain how weekly pet-waste removal service works through Midlothian Poop Scooper. The service is fulfilled by Poop Savvy, a division of Reed & Reed Ventures LLC.

Service

We provide scheduled residential pet-waste removal for the service address submitted during signup. Standard weekly service covers the normal accessible yard and up to four dogs unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Scheduling and access

Service is performed on the Saturday route. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the service area and securing aggressive or escape-prone pets. If access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe, the visit may be skipped or rescheduled.

Payment

The advertised service price is $20 per week, plus applicable sales tax. Payment is made through the linked Square checkout or another payment method we approve. Weekly service may continue until canceled or paused.

Weather and safety

Severe weather, flooding, unsafe yards, or other conditions may require a schedule change. We will make a reasonable effort to communicate changes and reschedule when practical.

Cancellation and changes

Contact us before the next scheduled service to pause or cancel. Address changes, dog-count changes, access changes, and special cleanup requests should be communicated before service so we can confirm any price or scheduling adjustment.
